Louis Hickman

Louis is a husband and father as well as a researcher, thought leader, and consultant on applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning at work and in psychological research. He is also an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Virginia Tech, a Senior Fellow at Wharton People Analytics of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Research Fellow at ghSMART.
