Louis specializes in servicing organizations’ industrial-organizational psychology needs, particularly in the realms of selection and assessment, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. He has experience consulting with organizations on the design and development of assessment tools, including those using machine learning. His extensive research on the development and evaluation of artificial intelligence and machine learning assessments also gives him expertise for conducting thorough, independent audits of pre-hire assessments, such as those covered by the New York City Local Law 144, which requires all automated employment decision tools to be examined for bias by an independent auditor.
